Reservation & Refund Policy


No Refunds, Credits, or Exchanges

Please understand that all ticket sales are final.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred to another person.

Changing Your Reservation

When space is available, we are happy to move your reservation to a different time or airport.
Please call us directly to request any changes.

If You Are Not Keeping Your Reservation

Contact us right away!
Not notifying us of a cancellation delays the bus departure time and impacts all riders.



Return Trip Policies (WP Days)

We always go above and beyond to help accommodate airline delays and cancellations.
Our priority is ensuring that everyone who lands on time makes it back for recall.
   •    The last ride of the day for delayed passengers must depart the airport by 5:30 PM.
   •    Anyone who misses the regular bus will return with us in our personal vehicles, if space allows.
   •    We do not return to the airport after the final departure.
   •    Refunds are not provided for passengers who are significantly delayed.



A Note From Our Family

We are a family-owned and operated company, and these policies help us keep our service running smoothly and affordably. Saying “no” to refund requests is never easy, but without these guidelines, we simply could not sustain the service.
